CASE #1 (Lars and the Real Girl):
I personally think Lars has a disorder because he is very different from us. Yes, I know that being different doesn't mean that the person has metal problems or psychological disorders, but I thought that people noticing him differently and acting normally to him as if the girl really exists is showing us that he does have a disorder; at first I was wondering if he was acting, but I guess that was not the case because he was making up his own stories of asking the girl to marry him, the girl getting sick and becoming sick.

CASE #2 (Anne):
I don't think Anne has a specific disorder because it might have been just the environment around her that could have changed her. Just because people say that she's not normal and that she's different and hard to understand does not mean that she has disorders. She has things she likes and things she dislikes just like all of us; it's just that her opinion is very powerful and that just her mentioning things she doesn't like that is not reasonable makes people think that she is weird. She might have learned different behaviors since she was young, but I don't think we can judge that she has a disorder.
